3. Raffle tickets will be available online only at www.NaplesGunShop.net, all ticket sales end July 4, 2025 at midnight.
4. Raffle drawing will be held at noon, July 7, 2025.
5. Only US Citizens & US Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) 21 years old or over are eligble to participate in this raffle. No refunds are available.
6. Winner must have a valid United States state issued Drivers License or state-issued ID with a current residential address displayed on the DL/ID. If the DL/ID is from a state other than Florida, the rifle must be legal to possess in that state.
7. The winner will be notified by phone and email, and we will name the winner on Naples Gun Shop's Facebook page.
8. Winner must present the emailed receipt(s) they received when purchasing their raffle ticket(s) to claim the prize. The winner's name must match the name on the receipt.
9. Winner must pass the initial federally-required NICS/FDLE-FPP background check conducted through Naples Gun Shop to claim the prize. A background denail will forfeit the prize.
10. The background cost and sales tax will be paid for by Naples Gun Shop.
11. Winner must claim the rifle in store by September 30, 2025.
12. If the winner is not available to claim the prize in our store by September 30, 2025, they must contact us in advance, and we can ship it to a gun shop/FFL in a state in which they may legally take possession of the firearm. We WILL NOT SHIP an AR-15 to NY, WA, CA, IL regardless. Winner must pay shipping fees and any fee the receiving FFL charges. If the winner wishes for us to ship, they must notify us via email, and have the receiving gun shop/FFL send us a copy of their FFL and acknowledgment that they will receive the firearm.
13. Winning the raffle is hereby authorizing Naples Gun Shop to use your name and likeness/photograph for advertising purposes.
14. There is no limit to number raffle entries one may purchase.
15. If the winner does not meet the qualifications above, they forfeit the raffle prize. No monetary prize is offered in this raffle.
16. Purchasing a raffle ticket is hereby an acknowledgement of the above rules.
